Overview:

The International Labour Organization (ILO), in partnership with the European Union (EU) and the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO), is supporting the institutional reform of the National Employment Agency (NEA) in close coordination with the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection (MoLSP) of the Republic of Moldova.

As part of this support, the ILO is launching a call for quotations to select a qualified company to supply Office furniture — specifically office desks, office cabinets for printers, open high office cabinets, office chairs premium, on 5 wheels for self-service stations in 10 local employment agencies. These stations will provide jobseekers and unemployed individuals with independent access to modern employment tools and services.

Interested companies are invited to submit their quotations in accordance with the instructions provided. This procurement will be conducted in line with ILO procurement principles ensuring transparency, fairness, and value for money.

Quotations submitted by email after this deadline will not be considered.
