United Nations Development Programme, hereinafter referred to as UNDP, hereby invites prospective proposers to submit a proposal for Provision of “Micro Assessments” and “HACT Audits” within the context of Harmonized Approach to Cash Transfer (HACT) in Republic of Moldova (including Transnistrian region) in accordance with the General Conditions of Contract and the Terms of Reference as set out in this Request for Proposal no.RfP26/03232. The competition goal is to enter into one non-exclusive Long-Term Agreement (LTA) with the successful proposer for the provision of an indefinite quantity of the specified services in support of UN Agencies operations. Deadline for submission of proposals: 31 March 2026, 16:30 (GMT+2) To support Proposers during the submission period, a Pre-Proposal Conference shall be conducted as follows: Interested bidders should register for the conference. To facilitate the registration, prospective bidders are required to send the names and email addresses of their authorized representatives using the "Messages" section in Quantum no later than 18 March 2026. In case bidders face any technical difficulties with Quantum platform, they shall send the above-mentioned information to the following email address: sc.md@undp.org.
