Background

United Nations Development Programme, through its "Enabling an Inclusive Green Transition in the Republic of Moldova” Project hereby invites prospective candidates to submit an offer for the provision of  services of a National Consultant/ Backend, Integration and Data Migration Developer. The overall objective of this assignment is to provide senior .NET backend development, interoperability and data migration services for the enhancement of the National Agency for Road Transport's Automated Information System “e-Authorization Transport” (e-AT), complementing the ongoing technical maintenance and development activities undertaken by ANTA.
