Background

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) through its “Promoting agricultural development and quality employment for the most vulnerable” Project (EMAG) seeks to contract an International Expert to develop the Technical Specifications for Land Parcel Identification System (LPIS) for the Moldova Paying Agency (AIPA) to draft the Technical Specifications for the development of the LPIS system by a third party. The consultants’ objective is to prepare a full, detailed, procurement ready Technical Specifications for a modern LPIS application aligned with EU CAP, INSPIRE, and JRC LPIS guidelines.
